Hannah, 31, was spotted three months ago at Jeter's National Baseball Hall of Fame induction ceremony with their two eldest daughters, Bella, 4, and Story, 2.
The Sports Illustrated model didn't appear to be pregnant during the occasion, prompting some to speculate they had their baby through surrogacy.
A portion of the former Yankee's Hall-of-Fame speech was dedicated to his daughters and wife Hannah.
“My girls, Hannah, Bella and Story. You know, this day puts an exclamation point on my playing career, which was my first dream,” the former New York Yankee stated at the time. “You know, through you all, with you all, I’m living another one.”
He then continued to tell his wife, "I love you so much and, you know, there’s been nothing more fulfilling in my life than building our future and our family together.”
The couple is raising their kids away from the spotlight. An insider told Us exclusively a month after Bella's birth that the pair was purposely "raising her out of the spotlight."
