Taylor Dye is on her way to becoming a mum!
Taylor Dye of Maddie & Tae is expecting her first child with her songwriter husband, Josh Kerr. The 26-year-old singer revealed the news on Instagram Sunday.
“mom and dad 🤍 baby Kerr is joining us earthside in spring ‘22 and we are already so deeply in love, swipe to find out what we’re having!” Taylor wrote on the caption alongside pictures of her and her husband cradling her baby bump.
The third picture revealed the gender of their baby, as the couple is biting on slices of pink cake with a banner saying “GIRL” in the back.
Taylor’s husband, Josh also shared the news on his Instagram with the same series of pictures. His caption said, “@taylordye and I have been keeping a little secret for a few months now. mom and dad already love you so much baby Kerr 🤍 // swipe to find out the gender”
Maddie Marlow, Taylor’s bandmate, also commented on the pictures, “Thank you Jesus for the biggest blessing!! I CANT WAIT TO MEET HER 😭”

Taylor and Josh announced their engagement in September 2019 after more than a year of dating.

The “Die from a Broken Heart” singer flaunted her diamond engagement ring in the pictures she posted with the caption, “can’t wait to love you forever Joshua Peter Kerr ❤️ WE’RE ENGAGED!!!!!!!!!!”
The couple then tied the knot on February 21, 2020, at Ruby in Nashville, Tennessee. Taylor announced the happy news a couple of days later on her Instagram as she wrote, “my person for life ❤️ I am madly in love with you @joshkerrmusic // 2.21.20”
The Grammy-winning songwriter also proceeded to post pictures from the wedding on his Instagram as the caption said, “Wife, my forever, my best friend 💍”
