Taylor Nolan, an alum of The Bachelor was criticized for their past racist actions. A Reddit thread in February 2021 showed a string of Taylor's previous tweets, which were posted between 2011 and 2013. In those posts, Taylor made offensive remarks about Asian, Jewish, Black, and Indian people. Fatphobic, homophobic, and ableist words were also used in the tweets.
Nolan released a video explaining and defending herself after the news of her tweets initially surfaced.
Some fans viewed Nolan's message as more of a justification than an apology because she focused mostly on the social justice work she has done in the years following her controversial tweets.
She later deleted the video and apologized again on her Instagram page. In addition, one of her friends from The Bachelor, Vanessa Grimaldi hit the ‘unfollow’ button after her racist tweet scandal.

Taylor Nolan was born in the United States on July 10, 1993, as the only child of her parents. Stevenson University and Johns Hopkins University are her alma maters.
Her mother married someone else, and she now lives with her mother and stepfather, despite the fact that she has no information about her birth father. Her mother was a white woman and her father was a black man. As a result, she is biracial.
