NBC's new reality dance competition Dancing With Myself is set to air on Tuesday, May 31, 2022, at 10 p.m. ET.
The show is a competition between participants that will battle in a variety of dance challenges designed by the creators, Shakira, Nick Jonas, Liza Koshy, and host Camille Kostek.
Celebrity experts will perform these challenges created specifically for the show each week, and the contestants will have to follow suit.
The contestants will have a limited amount of time to master the dance steps and perform in front of the judges and a live audience, both of whom will play a role in determining who advances.
As it states, the official synopsis of Dancing With Myself provides more information about the format:
"As each round of the competition progresses, the creators on the judging panel provide instant feedback and choose their favorites to advance, along with audience picks. Ultimately, however, it’s the studio audience that decides who is named the best dancer of the night and gets to take home the cash prize."
