In 2017, Blac Chyna filed a lawsuit against the Kardashian family, alleging that they pressured E! to cancel her and Rob Kardashian's reality show, Rob & Chyna, after only one season.
Blac Chyna claimed in 2017 that the Kardashians had "financially and emotionally injured" her. She revealed why she hasn't withdrawn her action against the Kar-Jenners on Twitter on April 3. Chyna revealed in a statement that she wanted to "refocus" on Kris Jenner, Kim, Khloe, and Kylie Jenner's trial. In 13 days, the court hearing should commence.
Chyna said, “When they destroyed my #1 hit program in January 2017, it wounded me financially, emotionally, and it harmed my kids.”
Chyna, 33, has a 5-year-old daughter with Rob, 35, and a 9-year-old son King Cairo with Kylie's ex, Tyga, 32.
Chyna alleged on social media earlier this week that her ex-partners Tyga and Rob Kardashian were not paying child support for her kids. They both went after the socialite, claiming that they both spent tens of thousands of dollars to maintain their children.

Blac Chyna sued the Kardashian-Jenners in 2017 over the cancellation of her E! series Rob & Chyna, according to TMZ. Rob Kardashian, her ex-fiance at the time, is also referenced. Blac Chyna accused the reality TV family of the show's cancellation, claiming that they hampered production.
She also alleged that the family used their "power and influence over the E! network to kill the second season." According to sources, Chyna's assertions were false. They claimed to have proof that Chyna was the reason for the cancellation of the show. By refusing to be in the same room as Rob, Blac Chyna reportedly made filming difficult, if not impossible. According to insiders, the network was reportedly dissatisfied with the first season's ratings.
Rob allegedly verbally and physically attacked Chyna, according to a friend of hers. Rob allegedly took her phone in April 2017 and shoved her in front of her and Tyga's son King Cairo. In September 2017, Rob filed a lawsuit against Blac Chyna for assault, violence, and vandalism. He accused Chyna of inflicting $100,000 in damage to the Kylie Jenner property he was renting. Rob alleges Chyna tried to choke him with an iPhone wire, suffocate him with an iPhone cable, and beat him with a metal rod.
Rob dropped the charges against Sarah in February 2022, stating his desire to "prosecute my accusations against her mother in a public trial." On April 15, the Los Angeles Superior Court will hear Chyna vs. Kardashian.
