Chan from TO1 won't be appearing at the KCON 2022 U.S. tour's New York stop.
On September 1 at local time, WAKEONE Entertainment, the management company for TO1, made an official announcement that Chan would not be performing with his group that evening because he had not been feeling well during rehearsal and needed rest.
The following is the agency's official English statement:
Hello. This is WAKEONE.
Chan wasn’t feeling well during a rehearsal for the KCON 2022 US TOUR New York, and he is currently taking a rest.
Although the artist has a strong will to participate in the performance, we have decided Chan not to attend the New York performance to prioritize the artist’s health and condition.
We apologize to the fans for causing concern with the sudden news, and we promise to do our best for Chan’s recovery.
